Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, seasonal demand, or product availability but estimated timeframe is 3-12 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Esther Haus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Esther Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love every piece you receive from Esther Haus. However, if your item does not work for you, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags and hygienic liners must remain attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage
- Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, certain items may be final sale. Any final sale items will be clearly marked at checkout.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
To begin a return or exchange request, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Esther Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage customers to monitor tracking updates closely and ensure packages are delivered to a secure location.
